Arnaud Tailfer speaks at the EFE Conference on “Abuse of Law and Wealth Structuring”
26 June 2025
Arnaud Tailfer, Partner at Axtead, was a guest speaker at the 10th edition of the conference organized by EFE on the theme of “Abuse of Law and Wealth Management Operations“. The event was chaired by Gilles Bachelier, Honorary Chamber President at the Conseil d’État.
During a session dedicated to the new “red lines” established by recent case law, he addressed the tax risks associated with the structuring of wealth-related income. His presentation covered key topics such as management packages, contribution-sale transactions (apport-cession), cash considerations (soultes), and ownership through holding companies. These practices are currently facing increased scrutiny from both tax authorities and the courts, making precise anticipation and planning essential.
Alongside other renowned practitioners, this participation reflects Axtead’s commitment to actively contributing to tax doctrine and supporting its clients with a strategic and secure approach to sensitive transactions.
