The creation of this firm stem from a desire to build lasting relationships with our clients, based on trust, excellence, and the freedom to innovate.

Arnault has been practicing as a lawyer since 2017. After working in leading law firms, he cofounded Axtead in 2025.

He advises entrepreneurs, executives, and families on all their tax issues, particularly international ones, such as pre-sale wealth structuring, organizing transfers, and fulfilling reporting/filing ligations.

Arnault works closely with family groups, supporting their development and transfer strategies. He positions himself as the trusted tax advisor, coordinating with other advisors (lawyers, accountants, bankers, notaries…).

He plays an active role in the wealth governance of the families and groups, helping them establish clear and sustainable decision-making frameworks, manage tax risks, and implement a coherent and enduring wealth strategy that aligns with their personal and professional objectives.

Arnault regularly contributes to publications on wealth taxation, particularly in specialized journals such as Doctrine and JFA.
